Which Size Is Right For Me?

The LP Extreme Knee Support is available in four sizes. To find which size you need, measure your knee circumference around the centre of the kneecap with the knee fully extended, then use the table below to find the size that matches.

Our Sizing Tips

• For measurements that fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit
• This brace is designed to be compressive and will feel tight as a result; if you would prefer less tightness, please select a larger size
• If you do not own a flexible tape measure, use a piece of string to take your measurement, then measure the string with a ruler
• Please take into account any joint swelling before buying, as this may mean you need a larger size

For orders for products that are marked as "In Stock", we dispatch over 95% of orders on the same working day when the order is placed before 14:00. If an order is placed after 14:00, it may be sent on the same day but if not will be sent on the next working day.
