Sizing for the LP Extreme Open Knee Support
The LP Extreme Knee Support is available in four sizes to suit most individuals. Measure the circumference of your knee at the patella with the knee fully extended, and use the table below to find the size that's right for you.

Our Sizing Tips
- This brace is designed to be compressive and will feel tight as a result; if you would prefer less tightness, we recommend opting for a larger size
- If you do not own a flexible tape measure, use a piece of string to take your measurement, then measure the string with a ruler
- Please take into account any joint swelling before buying, as this may mean you need a larger size

Alongside comfortable two-way stretch fabric, the LP Extreme Support also uses Coolprene material. This innovative fabric provides the same warming effect that neoprene has, which helps reduce swelling and stiffness, but without the excessive overheating that can cause discomfort during activity.
