Which Size Do I Need?
It's important you pick the right size knee brace for maximum support and comfort. To determine which size you need, measure the circumference of your knee as shown in the diagram below, then select the appropriate size from the sizing table below.

- The brace is meant to be compressive and will feel tight as a result; if you would prefer less tightness, please select a larger size
- If you do not have a flexible tape measure, take your measurements with a piece of string, then measure the string with a ruler
- If your joints tend to swell, please take this into account when choosing your size
